The High Performance Computing facility HelpDesk is the place to go to report problems with the facility's resources and other problems you might encounter. The following presents an overview of the issues we are available to help you with:

• access problems to our computers
• difficulties with bioinformatics software
• requests to install specific software
• programming issues related to the modification of existing OpenSource software
• requests for specific software that would be created by HPCf programmers
• help with the creation and/or hosting of biomedically-related webpages within the PR-AABRE community
• Internet2-related networking issues
• issues with videoconferencing installations
• requests for specific workshops in bioinformatics or unix programming
