The Research Core of PR-AABRE supports three initiatives that originated in BRIN-PR. These are:
- the DNA Sequencing and Multilocus Genotyping Facility
- the UPR Proteomics Facility
- the Access to Biomedical Electronic Informatics project (ABESI)
